Entry 12

I wonder if Smokin' Joe Frazier beat Muhammed Ali during Thrilla in Manila, would we be calling a certain shopping centre Frazier Mall? Most people back home forget just how great Frazier was. All they can remember is that he threw in the towel against Ali. Actually he didn't His trainer just couldn't bear to let him face more punishment. Sad he's gone, but now he shuffles in the great boxing ring in the sky.

Trick or teating ssems to be a strange endeavour. Kids all dress up and various, mostly scary characters and knock on strangers doors. They then all proclaim, " Trick or Treat." Treat, meaning they are asking for candy, chocolate or what now. Here's a question, when was the last time a kid pulled off a Trick? We will exclude throwing eggs at the door.

I like Anime. Japanese anime has always been pretty interesting, whether it is due to the art, story or the mere execution. But I get bored when the more action oriented ones appear to go all " Dragonball Z" on everything. It's when the characters appear to progress in powers just like Son Goku et al. The main character begins to gopinto " Super Saiyan mode. " all of a sudden.

I don't like taking photographs of myself. First of all, I never seem to photograph well. I always feel that I look like I'm upset. Other than that I can ever really smile when I have my picture taken. It's always a half smile. I only have two pics where I know I am truly smiling. I keep them still, even if they remind me of a sadder event. But I'll keep it, if just to remember happier times.

"Moves like Jagger" is a weird song. Jagger was never a great dancer. He was pretty much more about prancing around like a buffoon. Sure he was s great vocalist for his band, but still, moves? Highly debateable.

South Park. Is it wrong to enjoy watching something so crude, rude and politically incorrect and yet enjoy it more than most documentaries? I think it's because it dares to say what we are thinking inside. Or maybe it's just that Cartman is the most foul mouthed kid to ever be created for media. Music isn't too bad either.

I love eating curry. The whole family does. It comes from having an Indian family living next to us growing up. Eating Indian food was as natural as having cereal. Whenever our friends mom would make chapatti we would run intp the house and she would be ready to stuff us full. Good times.
